Garcelle's background spans corporate operations, compliance, process design and operational systems.
Her work has involved coordinating workflows across large residential portfolios, developing standard operating procedures, auditing operational processes, improving internal systems and building tools to make complex work easier to manage.
Working directly inside operational environments, she saw how quickly disconnected processes, information and technology create unnecessary complexity — and how much clearer, calmer and more capable a business becomes when its operation is designed with intent.
